The ENIGMA, IT-Club is excited to share insights into our highly competitive member selection process for the year. This year, we received over 100+ applications from passionate and talented individuals eager to join our dynamic community. Our selection committee was tasked with the important job of identifying the best candidates who not only possess technical skills but also show a strong commitment to learning and growth.
To ensure a comprehensive evaluation, the interview process was meticulously designed to test various competencies. We focused on candidates’ problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and innovative thinking. This holistic approach allowed us to assess not just technical prowess but also how well candidates would fit into our collaborative environment.
We are proud to announce that the selected volunteers will embark on an enriching journey within the ENIGMA, IT-Club.
